TWO VIDS
One funny, one serious. Both well worth it.

The first is from comedian Rob Newman's 'History of Oil' and is a minute long (takes one minute to load) and the second is some Iraq war veterans explaining the guilt they feel about some of the things that went on. It takes a little while to load though. For more info please read this.

couldn't get the first one to play.

the second soldier (in the second clip) said: he had to take the human being out of the equasion. he couldn't look at the (citizens of iraq i guess) as humans. that says it all.

Couldn't kill civilians? Hell, that's just a little quail hunt for our boys. American kids grow up to kill. They've been practicing on their video games since they were five years old.

if you read "The Last True Story I'll Ever Tell", you find out that the soldiers quickly take the human out of the enemy and most everyone else over there.

    It's truly a sad thing.

What's so special about looking at your intended victim as somehow not human? It's not okay to do these horrible things to animals either. Even when I have to kill a mosquito or something I don't torture it. I don't poison it. I don't rape it, starve its family, congratulate myself for it, get paid for it, and call myself a patriot or some shit for it.

I watched your video, "praise the lord and pass the ammunition". I loved it.

It was hilarious. I love that song and I have been waiting for an anti war advocate to use it for some kind of creative message. It was very well done.

The parts I liked were the American Battleships sailing to Europe to save them from a totalitarian expansionist threat that surely would have enslaved them or murdered them in cold blood.

I also enjoyed the ironic inclusion of the "duck and cover" footage as a satire of those that are impeding efforts to defend against the current totalitarian expansionist tyrants that are trying to kill us all.

I have watched it a few times. It really made my day. I'm sharing it with my friends.

    Neil,

American kids learn to handle weapons at a young age, because we not only have to defend ourselves, we have to bail out the European left everytime they wave around a piece of paper and claim to have established "peace in our time". You can just say thank you as we fly over, if you are able to roll out of your cozy bed.

The inaugural 'Arse of the month' award goes to our very own Scottish First Minister Jack (Joke) McConnell. He seems to spend a lot of his time sucking up to english politicians and yet it appears they don't even know his name. Follow the link to see..
