GEOFF HOON
I haven't got round to writing anything about this idiot, even though I have been meaning to for a while. He is Geoff Hoon, former UK Secretary for Defence. I think this picture should just about wrap it up.

    Worrying thing is, having seen Buff Hoon speak I can vouch for the fact that he is every bit as dense as people suggest. Taller than you'd think, mind.

    "geoff hoon and his madcap mishaps" could have been a show but unfortunately he was defence secretary and was overseeing several murderous projects.
