IN AND OUT
Posting has dropped off to an appalling level at this site but for the last 2 months I have been worked like an idiot and then have had spells of poor health (hospital was involved) so I am sorry but shit happens.

I really appreciate all the people who visit here. Please dont take it all as an abdication.

I am getting near the 1 year anniversary though. i am also getting near to 40,000 hits so I must have been doing something right.

    Hey you Thumper- I was getting worried about you...so sorry to hear about health issues...and too mcuh work ( you gotta wonder - are they connected...sorry the nurse in me was worried)....Please take care of yourself...and know this in Blogland- if one needs time off to heal, rest or recupe more will step up and do the Thumping...Hang in there...whatever you need we will give to you...namaste.

    I don't know the source of your health problems but blogging and drinking and smoking are never helpful. It's good that you're feeling better but if it's ever a question for you remember that we're not worth the physical damage caused by sitting in front of a computer all day long.
